2025-2026 Volunteer Opportunities Plano East Baseball copy

  • Welcome to the Plano East Baseball Booster Club Volunteer Sign up. We need your help! Our goal is to have one parent for each player signed up to help us this year to make our season the best it can be for the Plano East Baseball Boys and Coaches.
  • Please pick a volunteer opportunity that works best for you. There is no limit so pick as many as you are interested in helping with.  In addition, every family is asked to cover three concession stand shifts during the spring to keep one of our biggest sources of income running smoothly. 
  • Please remember that if your volunteer job means that you will be working in the school or with the students, you need to go to https://plano.voly.org/ and get your volunteer clearance done. It takes a few days to a week, so please do this once you sign up to volunteer.

Homecoming Parade

The Plano East Homecoming Parade is on September 11th. Please volunteer to help design, decorate and manage the parade float, decorations and the event.

Plano East Baseball depends on fundraising to help keep our program running. Please consider helping us raise money for the program by volunteering in one of these different ways.

Community Partners
Reach out to local businesses and work on developing partnerships with them to raise money for Plano East Baseball. This is a great position for a working parent as you can do this whenever you have a little time or are out in the surrounding areas.
